i loved your post on NMA. i totally agree that marathon training is not the time to think about losing weight. i’m so much hungrier when i’m running high mileage and i’ve realized it’s important to give your body what it needs. otherwise it’s bad news (i.e. iron deficiency, stress fractures, low energy, etc). i’m anxious to know what your new super power is!!
Gah! Your posts have not been updating in my reader! My hubby reconfigured some settings last week and I have just realized that certain blogs have not been updating! I am so behind 😦 Can’t wait to hear more about your raw foods experiences. I am trying to incorporate more myself!
